Hello, I am 24 years old now and I am looking forward to pursuing Medicine. I previously did biotechnology and worked for 4 years. Will I be eligible to apply for medical schools in India. What will be my chances of getting into fields of Medicine?

Yes according to the newer eligibility criterias for giving NEET exams, there is no upper age limit. So you can sit for the NEET examinations ofcourse. But to be a part of Medicine field, you'll need to score well in the NEET examination around 550/580 and above synopsis get a good government college.

To be eligible for Neet general category student needs 50% in class 12th pcb aggregate while it is 40 % for obc , sc, st categories. So , if you fulfil this with your class 12th marks then you are eligible for neet and thus can get into medical colleges if you score well in neet .
