Yes according to the newer eligibility criterias for giving NEET exams, there is no upper age limit. So you can sit for the NEET examinations ofcourse. But to be a part of Medicine field, you'll need to score well in the NEET examination around 550/580 and above synopsis get a good government college.

To be eligible for Neet general category student needs 50% in class 12th pcb aggregate while it is 40 % for obc , sc, st categories.  So , if you fulfil this with your class 12th marks then you are eligible for neet and thus can get into medical colleges if you score well in neet .
