Pursuing masters after 4 years of gap may only be fruitful if you have done any job in those gap years because you have learned a lot from your job and that experience will help you in your studies.
But after 4 years of gap you should consider on doing a job or any other course which will help you to uplift your career.

Nope! The gap don't cause any problem. See this gap will be counted under the experience section. So you will have a greater probability as you have additional experience of 4 years which can really influence your admission in a positive sense provided you have all other percentages of marks in your 10th, 12th and Graduation are good.
