First of all eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Pharmacy is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% or above aggregate (depending on the norms of university) having Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology,English as main subjects.
Admission process varies among universities, some conduct entrance exams while for others it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination.

There are many entrance exams that takes place for admission to BPharm, such as
MET
by Manipal Academy of Higher Education,
PUCET
by Punjab University, and
in Jamia Hamdard(Delhi) NEET scores are accepted for BPharm admission,
BITSAT
and other than this state level exams such as
WBJEE, KCET, MHT CET, KEAM, AP EAMCET, TS EAMCET, UPSEE,OJEE
are also there.
Job opportunities for BPharma are there in
Hospitals, Medical Clinics, Government Drug research Institutes,
Indian Companies like
Dr. Reddys Laboratories, Sun Pharmaceuticals, ,Cipla, and
international drug research companies such as
Johnson & Johnson,Pfizer,Amgen,Merck,GlaxoSmithkline, Nestle, Abbott,
etc. Job profile includes that of

You can appear for drug inspector exam conducted by UPSC or state PScs.other than this you can appear for UPSC.State PSCs. banking/insurance exams, SSC CGL/CPO, CDS etc which are based on the eligibility criteria of graduation.You can also pursue higher studies, such as MPharma , Pharm D / MBA in healthcare management for better opportunties.
