You cannot appear for CAT because CAT needs 50 percentage in graduation for being eligible for CAT for Open Category. But you can appear for MAT. MAT is conducted 4 times every year and top B schools accept MAT score. During selection process, your academic profile and work experience is also considered for shortlisting candidates so you have decent chances of getting a seat in a very good college. You have to select your specialisation in the 2nd year.
