See if you have completed your 1st year with PCB then you should use code 05 in NEET 2021 Application form otherwise your highest qualification with PCB will be 10+2 so in this case you should use code 02.

Complete NEET UG 2021 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-
** Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.
** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.
** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

You need to choose the code 02.
This is because,
Though you are doing BSc biotech your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains your 10+2
While, those who are doing graduation and have all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
