You are getting a good numbers . Bit you haven't mentioned your category so that I could mention your exact chances of getting government seats but I will try my best . At this marks there is Les s chances of getting government seats in MBBS of you are from general category. But if you are from OBC then there are chances which are slightly good but you can get it . And of you are from SC or any other reserved category then you will definitely get a government seats . So don't worry or else you still have a ALL India quota .
