Both MNNIT and NIT Warangal are great institutes. However NIT Warangal( NIRF Ranking: 26) is a better institute compared to MNNIT Allahabad(NIRF Ranking: 42). You might have to do a tradeoff with distance, as Warangal is in telangana, but that criteria isn't that important considering the difference between two colleges. Rest is upto you.

Both of the nit's are top level nit and both have good ranking.But being a student of mnnit I would suggest you to go for nit Warangal because the faculties are nearly same in both the colleges but placement matters .As Warangal is more nearest to city like Bangalore and Hyderabad where we have job option so company normally recruit more students from there and provide good package which is more better than mnnit Allahabad .

Infrastructure of nit Warangal is also much better than nit Allahabad.

But your own choice will matter
