As you have chosen your branch which is Electrical and electronics engineering and due to covid 19 we all are facing home stay, what you can do is first know subjects of this branch, mostly from semester 3 as it is the main specialization branch.

First try to know about the content and modules of these subjects, and then you can start learning the basics from internet or books if possible.

Regardless of the branch you are in, it is very important to know that aptitude and reasoning are the most important topics you should study. This is not going to be helpful now, but after 3 years when your placements come, You will be the getting an edge over them in getting a big package placement. Also you should learn C++ and start problem solving in hackerrank, codechef or other coding platforms.
