College of Libera Arts.
University of Nevada.
Pace University.
Texas State University.
Arizona State University.

The level of difficulty to get a PR will be a little more difficult as it is not a STEM branch. However, if you manage to pull up some good grades and work experience the life out there will be more enjoying. USA is considered to be the best place to get your Degree in non technical background.
