Yes, basic eligibility criteria for NEET is
- 50 percent aggregate in 10+2 - UR category
- 40 percent aggregate in 10+2- SC/ST/ OBC category
- Candidate must be 17 years old or more before 31st December of the year
It doesn't matter if you are in class 12th or done with graduation course like BSc.
Your class 12th aggregate is primary requirement for the exam

The eligibility of NEET is 50% from any recognised board like CBSE or any state board.
Now there is no upper age limit for NEET and you are eligible with minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 10+2 , you are eligible for NEET.
