Choosing a career simply depends on your Interest where you feel you would love to do thatkjnd of work, and where you dont get bored, where you're so passionate that the work becomes worship.
You can then identify your strength and accordingly match a carrer which suits your interest and strengths and where you can develop an aptitude and hunger to learn more and achieve more.
If you're good at Number , Mba finance is best.
If good at Interpersonal skills then Marketibg and HR is best suited.
If you're good at Technical aspects , then Systems Mba is best for you.

Before you can choose the right career, you must learn about yourself like your values, interests, soft skills, and aptitudes.

Choosing a career involves 4 main stages :

Self Awareness

Opportunity Awareness

Consider your dream career

Taking Action

Self Awareness: The first stage of Career Choice is Self Awareness. This involves looking at your SKILLS, VALUES, INTERESTS and PERSONALITY and analysing where your strengths and weaknesses lie. This is important both in choosing the right career.

Opportunity Awareness: Once you have done some preliminary self analysis, the next stage is to gather information on the opportunities open to you. There may also be specific careers education programmes for your degree subject.

Consider your dream career: If you want a career that will really make you happy, you have to have a very good understanding of what you want and what you enjoy.

Taking Action: This is the final process of career planning. After thinking about yourself you need to work on that.

Consider your interpersonal skills

Explore yourself

Good Luck!

There are certain ways to decide which career to choose and also understand the difference between what are your interests which might not be your career but your career must be interesting to keep you interested in the job/profile.

Therefore you can give a psychometric career aptitude test and know your career path and your interests as per your personality and IQ what suits you.

Also it depends which stream are you from and what career paths are there for you.

Whenever you decide which field to go in first think where you want to see yourself after 5-10 years and then you will get the direction to follow.

Hope this helps.
