According to me you go to pharmacy side ...... This is little bit hard and opportunity to job or your own medical shop also....!

First of all you need to tell us what stream you are in.
But as far as your confusion is concerned I would suggest you to discover yourself and understand what you u actually want to do.Where your interest lies and what you are good at.These things will help you to achieve whatever you want.There are numerous opportunities and carrier options available.You just have to know what you want to do.
