I think yes, you can do MA becasue the minimum eligibility for this course is graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50%. So, you are eligible for the course. You can apply as per your convinient because some colleges conduct their own exam whereas some take direct admissions. Some of the good colleges are.
Delhi University, Pune University, Lovely Professional University-Punjab, VIT University-Tamil Nadu, Jamia Millia Islamia University, Christ University, Ramaiah University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Jamia Hamdard University, University of Mumbai, University of Hyderabad, Aligarh Muslim University, Anna University and Maharaj Sayajirao University.

As per my knowledge DU does not allow. And some universities also don't allow that's y I asked particularly university for my criteria..

But as far as i know for doing Msc most of the colleges in India ask for a graduation degree in any field, so i don't think there is any hindrance. You can try IGNOU, i think they offer some correspondence course.
