so dear from above you can see that  its very difficult for you to get a seat in Government Medical College with 547.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general, then the chances are less when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 560 was required to fetch one a seat in the Government medical college,  Dungarpur in general category under the state quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
