There is one suggestion at the beginning such that you dont need to be worried if you are having a valid screenshot or statement proof of your payment. Yes it sometimes happens that the payment gateway gets jammed due to several reasons and that causes the unsuccessful payments. If you are having the proof of statement of your payment then send a mail to the enquiry department of the institute followed by attaching you proof. At the same time refresh your payment page multiple times to check the updates.
