Using Bsc degree -
There are really slim chances. Btech IT graduates cannot find employment; BSc IT is still required. Additionally, the majority of companies that hire recent grads come from on-campus, making it very difficult to get hired if these organisations do not visit your college. Not inconceivable. Using MSc degree -
Yes there chances in foreign countries. But in India, chances are there but not quite large. You have to make well resume and having good skill and understanding of IT works.
