hello i applied for eligibility criteria from Aug 5 still I will not received my eligibility certificate . now i seen my dashboard its blank for last 4 days still i will not received my eligibility certificate is there solution to get my certificate

Hi, it is for sure that there is some problem going on if you have still not received an eligibility certificate. But, you can start your procedure without it. If you need it you can always contact them. Everything is available on the official website. The members working there are less and workload is more due to the pandemic situation.
