As far as I know you might not be considered falling under obc ncl since your family income is above 8 lpa. I am saying "might" because if they do not conduct a backgroud check (what they usually do for obc ncl by asking them for finances of the family including annual income of the father etc) they you might be considered based on the certificate you already posess fro obc ncl.m If they do ask for the family annual income ercord then you will not be considered hence it is a matter of chance (sometimes).
