hello I belong to SEBC(Maratha) category but my family income is more than 8lpa, will I get reservation in MHT-CET engineering rank or I would be considered open category student just because my family income is greater than 8lpa?( I have valid caste certificate and In CET form I chose SEBC )

As far as I know you might not be considered falling under obc ncl since your family income is above 8 lpa. I am saying "might" because if they do not conduct a backgroud check (what they usually do for obc ncl by asking them for finances of the family including annual income of the father etc) they you might be considered based on the certificate you already posess fro obc ncl.m If they do ask for the family annual income ercord then you will not be considered hence it is a matter of chance (sometimes).
