Hello! I completed my comedk application I entered the Date of birth correctly but I uploaded my ID proof which contains wrong Date of birth will my application will be cancelled I have proof for updation with me what if I show that at exam centre will they allow me ????

You do not need to worry about that because you will get chance do correct it.
COMEDK 2020 Application Form Correction facility will begin from 18 Apr 2020 in which you do correction if you have provided any wrong details.
The last date for correction in filled application form 20 April 2020.
