hello i face the problem since 5 days i upload my passphoto according to criteria but it shows again again that selfie photo is not allowed but that photo is not selfie that is passphoto. please can you help me something

There is some guidelines of photo format given in the application form you must read it before uploading your photo.you must dont fulfilled the.given criteria thats why the error happens please ensure the image must contain the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders of the center view with a neutral, non-smiling expression and with eyes open and directed at the camera.
If you still have the same message then there must be technical glitch you should take help from the official website or call helpline number.
