Hello , I filled neet UG 2020 form in December month in the the option for 12th roll number i not filled anything because at that time i dont have my 12th borad roll number and at the time of form edit i not filled the roll number but form is submitted successfully does it any problem in future ?

No, this should not cause any problem.
However, once the exam is done when you go for counselled remember to carry your 12th marks card. Also, if you register separately for state counselling then fill your board marks while applying.
