    According to your rank obtained there seems chances of yours to get a seat in CSE at JNTU Hyderabad.The rank you obtained  comes under the closing rank required to get CSE in JNTU when compared with previous year closing rank which was around 5428 for CSE branch.You can also visit  the link below to see previous  year closing rank of JNTU Hyderabad:
