Hello aspirant
Eligibility to appear for neet is to have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in PCB
It means you should get 150 marks altogether in Physics Chemistry and biology but you should pass each subject separately ie minimum 35 marks in each subject is compulsory. Now you have scored 18+28= 46 marks in physics. Considering theory and practical marks of Physics , you will be considered as pass in physics . But you have got 4 marks less from 50 marks . But if you have scored more than 50 marks in chemistry or biology , it will compensate your physics marks.
For example you have got 46 marks in physics 52 marks in chemistry and 56 marks in biology then 46+52+56= 154 marks in all then you are eligible.
Dear Aspirant,
As per your marks you have not passes the physics exam as the minimum passing marks for the theory is 23 marks out of 70. As for the eligibility of NEET, you need to have a minimum 50% marks in PCB, that is out of total 300 you have to score a minimum of 150 for the Unreserved Category. Along with that you have to pass the individual subjects too, that is minimum 33 marks in the subject ( 23 Theory , 10 marks practical)
Hope this helps, Thank you.
To be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. So if you scoring 18 in Theory is considered Pass for your Board, then you are eligible for NEET.
