The marks are quite law that the possibility of getting the good govt. college is almost zero. Even it would be very difficult fot you to get the good private college also but you have qualified the exam then you have chances of getting the seat on any of the states in India. A link is attached where you can find out the cuoff marks in NEET in govt. colleges and for the state quota also. Go through the link and get the idea about the admission also I would recommend you to use the career360s college predictor which will hwlp you a lot in selecting the good college according to your marks.

Honestly speaking, With a score of 186 in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 450 or above remained to be a safe zone for the obc category candidates under the state quota. For all India quota, it becomes still higher. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your respective state

You might not get govt medical college with thsi Score eve. If you belong to OBC category. It is quite low to get govt medical college. You might get private medical College or bds seats under state quota with this score
We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.
