Since, you haven't mentioned your category so I am assuming it to be general. According to your marks and previous year Karnataka MBBS NEET cut off, If you have a domicile certificate of Karnataka you might able to get admission otherwise I'm sorry to say this but your chances are very low. Even this year High cutoff is expected. Let's hope for the best.
