To get free seat/ full fees reimbursement, your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum for SC/ ST Category candidates. For OC/ BC Category candidates their parents income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs and their AP EAMCET Rank must be less than 10,000 to get free seat / full fees reimbursement. Candidates having AP EAMCET Rank above 10,000 will get partial fees reimbursement if they meet the eligibility criteria.

You have not mentioned your Caste Category you belongs to so, I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.
