As per your Score there is harder to get any seats in Government medical colleges,for government medical colleges cuttoff alwsys remains high and your score can't fetch you that.so dont worry you still have options you can choose BDS from any Good colleges,i think you might get BDS seat with this marks.But still i am not sure,try your luck.dont be worry about it.
