Hello,
If I consider the previous year data .Then on the basis of your marks ,you have good chances of getting admission in rangaraya medical college ,kakinada in andhra pradesh through state quota .Previous year minimum marks admitted for an st candidate was 425.so you do hold a chance of getting admission in this college. Just remember one thing that The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
