Yes you can an admission in Government college like IET,KNIET,FGIET as your rank is good enough that it will satisfy with their eligibility criteria and Selection criteria.

You can use your AF rank to take an admission easily and you will get an selection in the first round of counselling. you can also your lateral rank and general rank to take an admission but getting a government college won't be easier. you have to choose private college who accepts UPSEE.
