Hello! I got 71% in my cbse boards exams in pcb. Is there anything I can do in the field of medical itself? Will I get a college for bsc?

Yes you can hope for DMLT, BSc nursing, B pharm, BPT and also courses on biotechnology, microbiology or Human Physiology which would get you to paramedical services
