hello, I got 82.55 percentile in the jee mains paper 2, please suggest me a better nit.

Any score above 195 is decent in the JEE mains paper 2.

To get into less popular College like NIT Patna, NIT Nagpur etc, a score of 210 will absolutely do. A score from 210–230 can get you a rank 3000 to 5000.

To get into colleges like SPA Vijayawada, Jamia Millia, CCA, NIT Rourkela, NIT Calicut, NIT Harimpur, a score of 230 will definitely do. A score of 230 can get you into the top 3000 ranks

To get into NIT Bhopal, NIT Jaipur, BIT Meara, SPA Bhopal, a score 250 above will definitely do. A score of 250 will get you into the top 1500 rank.

To get into SPA Delhi or NIT Trichy, a core 260–270 is perfect. It'll get you a top 500 rank.

If you have reservation, then you can decrease 20 marks and increase the rank by a few hundreds. You're lucky if you have reservation.

It is difficult to get Nits for this percentile.you should get crossed minimum of 85 percentile score to get into nit as our experts predicted that. But this is not official one.

• Your expected rank is 25442 by using above formula.

This rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially.

You have to wait for the official results.

For 82.55 percentile in paper2 you will be having general rank around 26000. It is not sufficient to get any barch seat in any NIT. So better is to prepare nicely once more and reapper in jee main in april once again.
