As per the last 2 years data, the cutoff for TFWS seat for Civil branch at good colleges is above 86%.

There are colleges who have cutoffs in your range of percentage -

Dilkap college, Neral, Karjat

Vikhe Patil college, Ahmednagar (Has cutoff slightly above 85%)

KJ's Trinity College, Pune

But all these are below average colleges. I would suggest you go for regular seats as it would fetch you a good college rather than taking an average college.
