Hello. I got 91 marks in ComedK 2019, can i get a seat in any of the top 3 colleges like BMS, RV or Ramaiah? My preferred branch is CSE.

You have a decent score but top 3 colleges as you mentioned have very high cutoffs so you will not get these colleges but you can try other colleges in Bangalore like
1. Nitte meenakshi institute of technology Bangalore
2. Dayanada Sagar institute of technology Bangalore
