Yes you would get GFTIs but if you filter your choice only to CSE then this might bit difficult.

I think, with 92.6 percentile you might land onto Computer Engineering in IIIT Bhubneshwar, which is almsot same as CSE.

You might try for Assam University, Silchar. And you also may try for new IIITs like IIIT Klayani, IIIT Naya Raipur etc. for CSE.

But if you compromise your branch then BIT Mesra will be open for you and so are many GFTIs.
