You have scored a mark of 420 in NEET UG 2019. According to previous year cutoffs of different Government medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh you have No probability of getting admission into these colleges under 85% state quota. Last year the closing cutoff for admission was
Au Quota. 533 Marka
SVU Quota 517 Mark's
Ou quota 526 marks

You have not mentioned which region you belong to. With a score of 420 in oc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the cut off's for various region were
AU region 533
SVU 517
OU region 528
But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state
