Hello,

The cut off ranks depend on a variety of factors.According to IIT JAM 2019 the closing ranks for Mathematics (SC category ) after third round of counselling are given below :

NIT Calicut - 3544

NIT Durgapur - 3857

MNIT Jaipur - 3 649

NIT Jalandhar - 3748

NIT Jamshedpur - 4472

NIT Tiruchirappalli - 3351

You have a chance of getting admission in the above NITs .But keep in mind that there might be slight variations in the closing ranks every year.Check out the link below to know more about the closing ranks :
