First of all congratulations doe performing so well in the entrance exam.you have not mentioned your category any where so i assume it to be general.
If i consider the past year data then its not dificultad for you to get admission in one of the government medical colleges in uttar pradesh through state quota.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. But, even if it is general, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 469 was required to fetch one a seat in the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia medical college in general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your state
