Hello reader,

The eligibility criteria for students taking admission in BITS for btech engineering states that  1) Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (if applying for B.E.)  2) they should have secured at least 60% marks in each of these subjects individually. Moreover the 295 marks you scored in bitsat session 1, should satisfy the cut-off rank and percentile of the branch of engineering which you wish to pursue in BITS as per BITS cut-off list. If you compare the previous year cutoff as per your constraints for the BITS institute you can approximate the marks for this appearing year and then plan for the attempting of bitsat session 2, depending where your bitat session 1 marks lie.
