With this rank its very tough that you get seat in any of the NITs or DTU or NSIT but ya surely you can try for the GGSIPU ( dwarka ), where you can get colleges like MAIT, MSIT . They are the top college of GGSIPU for CS/IT.

You must know that you won't be getting any government college because the cut-offs are very high, but you can surely get private colleges in MP having cut-offs lower than your marks. Secondly CSE has Maximum cut-off because currently it's the most in-demand course in Engineering. So you can try through JoSAA or the state exam and CAP rounds and check if you clear any cut-offs. JEE MAINS is a nation wide and a very famous exam. So you will surely get several local colleges which consider it's scores. You can also try through vacancy rounds in several colleges. All the best!
With this rank in jee main it is very tough (nearly not possible ) to get cs/it in any of the nits.
Bht you can once check the cutoff of north eastern mita like mizoram,arunachal pradesh,manipur there you may get seat in special rounds but it is not certain.
So either you go for state joint entrance examination or a good private college where you will get cs/it.
