Hello I have a domicile of Delhi but we are from defence. Is the state defence quota of other states open to me ?

According to the information provided by you, you can apply in defence quota of Delhi or Army college of medical science , New Delhi.
If you want to apply in defence quota other than your domicile state then you need to change your ZSB to the state you want to apply in.
Note: Change your ZSB *only*when you fulfill the domicile criteria of state you want to apply in other than your domicile state.
