Hello, I have a gap of around 6yrs. between my 12th and graduation. Would it a problem for me, during the placements if I get selected to XLRI ? I have a full-time job and also been doing Volunteering for NGO. Please answer.

Make sure to have a valid reasons for your answer and if you have a good potential within yourself, you can go through any obstruction that comes within your way to success.

It won't be a problem if you are passing out from XLRI because the Institute has its own reputation. Also, many people have gap between their 12 and graduation and are working successfully. You should get ready for this question to asked in every interview you appear as why there is such a long gap between your 12 and graduation. Other than this, there won't be any problem. The recruiters look out for qualification and the knowledge of the person as the major factors before selecting anyone. And as you mentioned you were doing a full time job and part of volunteering work then it will help you in the interview as you have prior experience of the corporate world.
