The authorities have not declared any institute wise cut off lists yet for 2019, but using previous years data we can predict your chances. With your mentioned rank you have high chances of getting MTech in Computer science and engineering at IIEST Shibpur( last years cut off was around 559-770 marks), moderate chances of getting CSE at IIT Guwahati (cut off was >= 600 marks), moderate chances of getting theoretical computer science at IIT Guwahati ( cut off was 563), moderate chances of getting CSE at NIT Durgapur and IT at NIT Jalandhar.
