basically acknowledgement slip is nothing but a letter to show that you have applied for your caste certificate but no where it mentions that you belong to that caste. so to avoid furthur verifications and problems it would be better not to use your acknowledgment slip. But i would suggest do take it to the couselling centre if you havent got your certificate verified and ask the necessary authourities about it.

it is always safe to have your certificate only .
