hello... I have checked my neet answer key 2020 and in omr it seems I didn't tick 2 correct answers so does it mean total 8 marks are deducted from my total score?

Hey aspirant,

If you have marked/circled in the OMR sheet for those two answers and if they are wrong, then you will only lose 2 marks, which is one negative mark for each wrong answer. However, if you haven't ticked those wrong answers, you won't lose marks.

For a right answer, you get 4 marks, but for a wrong answer you lose 1 mark and if you don't attempt an answer, then there is no deduction. This is how marks are awarded in a NEET paper. For more information on exam pattern, check this link below:
