The minimum aggregate/percentage varies from college to college. But the minimum percentage required or we can say the minimum percentage that is accepted in some of the colleges is atleast 50-55% in 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology as mandatory subjects.

However, some colleges have their own cutoff marks, like the college in which you applied they asked for 80% in 10+2.
