Hello I have got 136 in NEET 2019 and I belong to general category. Is there any chance for me to get admission in MBBS?

Dear Sir / Ma'm, with a score of 136, neither do you have a chance in the 15% All India quota counselling nor the 85% state quota counselling. The only option left is management quota seats in the private medical colleges (chances for that are less too) usually the fees of which are sky-high.
