Hello Hrsh,

As your percetile in JEE mains are 73.57 and with this percentile you can apply for B.tech in many goverment colleges in harayana.There are the chances of getting any of them but there is no surity about the getting the CSE because with percentile score your rank will not be nder the required rank for CSE.But still you can apply for it also along with the other branches in which you are interested.
