Hello, I have got 8.4 cgpa in class 10th and 84.2% in class 12th is it enough for the weightage of 10th and 12th for cat exam?

You have a decent profile but it alone cannot ensure you enough weightage. The profiles of other applicants is equally important as well.

No.. How much percent you got it is true

But what you learn in that and your intrest in that makes the images that you can crack the exam...

It does not depend upon percent

Its all depend upon what you gain..and what you are giving to that

In terms of IIM admission criteria, having 8+ CGPA is definitely good. However, your chances will depend more on the CGPA of other candidates as the cumulative score would be higher if in case of 9+ CGPA. Since you can't change your 10th and 12th CGPA now, you must focus on securing high CAT percentile which is the primary criterion of shortlist and final selection at IIMs and other top CAT particing institutes.
